YD Mat:
YD Mat - Mainly used as substrates for the copper-cladded laminate of type CEM-3.
Characteristics:
Smooth
visula quality, excellent electrical feature, heat resistance and
uniquely compatible to epoxy resin matrix. This type of mat enables the
CCL Product to reach the set specifications and comparable to that made
of fiberglass woven roving. Applicable to industrial electronic
devices, CCL with fiberglass mat base is well received by the market
because it is convenient for punching and drilling.
