DC Mat:
DC Mat - Mainly used as substrate for lead acid battery separator plate.
Characteristics:
Smooth surface,
uniform thickness, low DC Mass resistively, high content of deoxidized
KMn04 organic substance and impurity as well as proper stiffness. The
compound separator plate made of DC Mat with PVC or rubber coating has
the advantages of better mechanic strength and vibration resistance,
low Mass resistively, high porosity and large capacity. The battery
fixed up with this type of separator plates possesses stronger starting
power and longer lifetime so that it has become a trend to replace the
traditional separator plate with this novel compound plate made of
fiberglass mat and rubber/PVC.
